Esc was founded in the belief that life is more full without screens. That social media and technology hinder our ability to connect with ourselves and each other. Esc works to promote environments where people can pause, reflect and reclaim their lives. We understand that it is a process to learn how to regulate social media usage and we are here to help. We want to remind the world that people need people, the world will not crumble if a picture is not snapped and shared and that the best pieces of life are felt when there is stillness. We aim to create calm, safety, connection and inclusion. We are Esc and we are here to start a movement.

The first of its kind…
esc is pioneering the way for new socialization without social media. By integrating psychological techniques from several practices around the world we found that to combat the faults many of us have faced through the social media, R&R would have to take a minimal approach to technology and a re-establish communication through individual guidance (relieve) and festivals (reconnection). This is the first campaign by R&R to fight the mental battles induced by social media and we are determined and excited to see everyone relive their adolescence through our program.
